Village Clocks, Long Melford, Colchester 20th Century Marquetry Grandmother Clock. A fine example of a hand crafted copy of a 17th century miniature longcase clock. The hand cut marquetry case has been made using traditional methods. The heavy brass dial, cast brass spandrels and pierced steel hands are true to the original 17th century design. The clock is fitted with a high quality modern Westminster Chiming movement.
